Livitalian Terms & Conditions for the USER
These Livitalian User Terms and Conditions (the “User Ts&Cs”) guide the relationship between LivItalian.com and any persons, potential user or guest using or accessing the site including any of its content or services regarding a property promoted in this website. Users include people who use the site to access information about and to rent third party vacation properties.
(3) The User Ts&Cs are a legally binding agreement between Livitalian and the User. Using this site you acknowledge your agreement to and are subject to the User Ts&Cs as well as the Livitalian Privacy Policy (link to the privacy policy). If you do not fully agree to the User Ts&Cs, you are not authorised to visit or otherwise use this site.
(5) Livitalian may revise these Guest Ts & Cs at any time by posting an updated version to this web page. You should visit this page periodically to view the most current User Ts&Cs because they concern you and your contract with us.
2. Livitalian.com general overview.
(1) Livitalian.com, this site is where the User can view the holiday properties for rent and the information concerning them (“Properties”). We may also offer online booking or services to allow users to communicate with owners or other parties (e.g. Partners) and to enter into rental agreements or other transactions.
(2) The site acts only as a place where owners can advertise their properties . It does not take part in any contractual relationship between the User and the Owner, and does not mediate between the User and the Owner in the event of any negotiation, dispute, interaction arising between them.
(3) If a User finds a Property that interests them, they can send a request for information to the Owner (an “enquiry”) stating their surname, e-mail address and telephone number, along with any requested information. By sending an enquiry and submitting your contact details including your email address, you agree to receive any eventual communication from LivItalian regarding products, services and holiday ideas. You can opt out of receiving these communications at any time by sending an email to info@livitalian.com with the subject UNSUBSCRIBE or clicking on the unsubscribe link.
(4) Where you find the online payment circle, the User will be able to make a reservation on line which will be confirmed or declined by the system. Once approved, the User will be able to pay by credit card through the payment getaway offered by our third party payment provider: Paypal. The online payments service is subject to the terms and conditions of Paypal, and the User accepts that the Provider LivItalian has no control over nor any responsibility for Paypal Services.
3. Contents and miscellaneous
(1) All content that appears on this site, and the site itself, is protected by copyright and database rights. Reproduction of the site, in whole or in part, including the copying of text, graphics or designs is absolutely prohibited.
(2) By submitting reviews to the site, Users authorise LivItalian to use them both on the site and in the separately published form.
