From the entrance gate, a staircase leads down to the generous terrace equipped with comfortable armchairs and dining table, where the view takes the central stage. The wall to wall sliding doors let you enter the bright and airy living and dining room, decorated with handpicked ornaments and vibrant colours. The kitchen is small but perfectly equipped with modern appliances and it has direct access to the outdoors.
Villa Turchese can host up to 4 people in two bedrooms:
a master bedroom with bathroom and walk-in closet and a double bedroom with external bathroom, adjacent to the door.
On the terrace, there is a Jacuzzi, for moments of authentic relaxation.
Air conditioning and wi-fi available.
At the entrance gate there is enough space to park scooters or a small car.
The closest beach is Marina Piccola, reachable in a ten-minute walk.

Please, bear in mind that at check in are due:

Included in the price:
– utilities
– external maintenance
– house linen (2 changes per week).

Additional expenses due in cash at check in:
– € 1.500 Security Deposit.
– € 300 for General Cleaning.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

– Cancellation occurs between 30 days and the check in day, the total amount is not refundable but your stay can be postponed to another date, according to availability of that villa. For one time only.

– FORCE MAJEURE EVENT which implies restrictions of travelling, disposed by Italian Authorities, you’ll get 100% refund up to 30 days before check in.
