Description

Villa Luminosa is a luxury villa with a stunning view, few minutes walk from Piazzetta (the most famous square of the island of Capri since Roman times). The villa has 2 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 3 big terraces with breathtaking view where you can have your meals and take a sunbath. The whole villa is well equipped and has all the main facilities (modern kitchen, wifi and air conditioning). The many large and bright rooms allow you to enjoy the suggestive light of the gulf and the Mediterranean air, the living room is also equipped with air conditioning.

The Villa is located 2 minutes walk from Punta Cannone square – is a breathless place with the lovely view on Faraglioni and Marina Piccola. The Villa is easily accessible from Piazzetta, which is located in the historic center of Capri and since Roman times has been considered as the center of the town and the meeting point of the Island. Although many years have passed since then, it is still the number one location for tourists and locals. Here you can meet famous people and movie stars. Take your chance!

Please, bear in mind that at check in are due:

Additional expenses:
– 500€ of Security Deposit to be paid cash on check-in. Don’t worry we are not that kind of people who charge a broken plate. 🙂
– 300 € of General Cleanings to be paid cash on check-in.
Electricity is due at consumption meters are checked at check in and at check out.

Check in between 8:00pm and 10:00 pm requires a surcharge of 60€ after 10:00pm no check in allowed.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

– For cancellation before 30 days of arrival, the refund is total.

– For cancellation between 30 days and the day of arrival, the total amount is non-refundable but the stay can be postponed to another date, subject to the availability of that villa. For once.
