Villa Francesca is spread over 2 floors and has 5 bedrooms: 3 on the first floor (2 double + 1 twin) with 2 bathrooms and 2 on the ground floor (2 double) with 2 other bathrooms. If necessary, a small single room can be used for the nanny. Internet wi-fi, air conditioning in all bedrooms and in the living room, equipped kitchen with indoor and outdoor table for those who want to enjoy a nice breakfast outdoors or a tasty barbecue. A larger outdoor area, under the front porch, will delight your summer evenings. The tranquility of this villa, the proximity to a good restaurant and other services including food, ice cream parlor, pizzeria, will make your stay practical and very pleasant.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

– For cancellation before 30 days of arrival, the refund is total.

– For cancellation between 30 days and the day of arrival, the total amount is non-refundable but the stay can be postponed to another date, subject to the availability of that villa. For once.
