Just 10 minutes from Strada in Chianti, typical Tuscan stone villa, recently renovated with attention to details.
Large fully equipped kitchen, with dining table, adjacent to the kitchen there is a second dining room and living room. Spaces are surrounded by large windows that make the place bright, offering a pleasant view of the garden and surrounding hills.
This Villa made of stones features a double and a single bedroom on the ground floor, with a shared bathroom. There is also another double bedroom which is part of an attached apartment called Fienile which evolves on 2 floors:
a ground floor living room with kitchen, antique stove and access to the pergola; upstairs there is a master bedroom overlooking the hills and a bathroom with bath and shower.
The property has also a study and a library, a BBQ corner, a Basketball court for those who love sport and want to enjoy basketball, children playground and scenografic pool sorrounded by greenery.
This Villa is the ideal place for family reunion, groups of friends willing to spend a great time together. An ideal base for making trips to Florence and other art cities such as Siena, San Gimignano, Lucca, Pietrasanta, Pisa, Pistoia, Prato.
We can recommend a good sommelier to endorse the cellars of Chianti and to learn more about the wine production, or even advise you an experienced guide who will take you to the secret places of ancient Florence.
Sounds like a tempting offer? So what are you waiting for? Book with us and you will never forget your stay!

Chianti – Tuscany”
The title says it all – La Valle is heaven! Halfway between Florence and Siena (30mins or so to Florence centre), it’s a hidden gem for groups of friends looking to relax post-exam, families looking for a scenic and peaceful holiday, couples looking for a romantic getaway (although the house is so big I’d recommend going with more people!), or anyone wanting to explore Tuscany without the hassle of overnight stops! You can easily explore Florence, Pisa, Siena, San Gimignano, Greve in Chianti, etc from the house (but you definitely need a car to come here! or you can easily just take in the beauty of the place! We were a group of 7 looking to just hang out in a beautiful spot and La Valle ended up being exactly what we were looking for! BBQs (there is one built in stone there) pool, chilling in the sun, playing basketball, going for runs in the nearby hills -and you can be as loud as you want with the music as there are no neighbours! Highly, highly recommend it and can’t wait to organise another trip back there!
Gorgeous Tuscan villa with unbelievable views nestled in the picturesque hills of the Chianti region.Perfect location for anyone who wants to be near Florence since it is only a 20 minute drive away. Both the interior and exterior is made with the utmost attention to detail and of course the basketball court, very large pool and huge gardens are an added bonus for everyone young and old.All rooms are super comfortable and the hosts are fantastic! We had such a wonderful time and can’t wait to go back again!
We (11 friends) had a great week at Villa Villa. The pool and the house are awesome. I can recommend the Villa Valle to everybody who wants to have a relaxed time at a wunderful and clean place!
This large villa had everything we needed and more! The kitchen is well equipped and the bedrooms very comfortable and spacious. The bathrooms are lovely too. For us, the setting of the villa was the best part. Nestled in the valley away from roads and passing traffic, it was a peaceful haven to simply relax under the beautiful pergola or sunbathe and swim in the pool whilst admiring the amazing views! It was also a great location for visiting Florence and exploring the Chianti towns.
We certainly did not want to leave and would definitely love to return someday.
Thank you Giulia and Martina for all your help
Map and how to get there
Chianti is one of the most beautiful areas of Tuscany, it goes from Florence to Siena, it does not have the distinct borders, but it has an excellent Chianti wine that gives the area a marked identity.
Here, away from the sounds of the city amongst medieval hilltop villages vineyards and olive groves, you will find tranquillity and relaxation while your imagination drifts to an ancient Tuscany when those villages such as San Gimignano, Radda in Chianti, Panzano in Chianti were built.
How to get there:
1. Sporting Club Ugolino – 10km away
2. Golf Ugolino – 7km away
3. Outlet Galileo Bags & Shoes
4. Coop supermarket
5. Restaurant “Da Padellina”
6. First aid (Pronto soccorso, 50012 Grassina FI, Italy) – 10km
