Description

The property is located in one of the most fascinating and uncontaminated areas of Versilia,
the famous marine area of Forte dei Marmi. Sea and culture are the two characteristics
of Forte dei Marmi, one of the most famous tourist centers along the Tuscan shore. The
property is located on the cost and the distance from the beach is 750 meters about 3-4
minutes walking. The interiors style is modern with design furniture, every season the guests
can find an Art Exhibition Installation inside with all informations about artist. At the front,
the property includes a swimming-pool, many terraces, a fully furnished lounge area. The
outsideof the house features a typical Mediterranean garden.

Baby equipment is included

Large outdoor dining terrace with seating for 8 people and an other for 4 people, also another dining
table for 6 people with gazebo in front of the pool. Large irrigated lawn areas. Traditionally planted
garden with local trees, shrubs and herbs. The swimming pool is 6×10 meters, the maximum depth
is 2,50 meters and the minimum depth is 1,20 meters.

 

Please, bear in mind that at check in are due:

– 1000€ of Security Deposit to be cash on check-in.

In these prices are included all the utilities, the bedlinens and the towels with 1 change a week,
the house cleaner 2 times a week, the cleaning of the swimming pool and the garden 2 times a
week.
Final cleaning of the house 250 euro.
Extra cleaning 15 euro/hour, extra bedlinens and towels change 100 euro

 

Check in: 3pm-7pm. You can arrive later, but bear in mind that after 8pm there is a surcharge of 50€ per hour. There is no check in after 11pm. Check out: 10am

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

– Cancellation occurs between 30 days and the check in day, the total amount is not refundable but your stay can be postponed to another date, according to availability of that villa. For one time only.

– FORCE MAJEURE EVENT which implies restrictions of travelling, disposed by Italian Authorities, you’ll get 100% refund up to 30 days before check in.
