“In front of the Sea Happiness is a Simple Idea”.

Yes this cozy Italian Style Villa, is just in front of the sea, only the big garden at the shadow of
maritime pines, are in between you and a wonderful breakfast on the beach. Why not? 🙂
From the hall and the enchanting linving room with piano and chimeny, you’ll get in to a facinating
ancient study. Ideal for those who needs to work also from Versilia. Internet wi-fi is provided in the
whole house.
On the left wing of the house, dining room and kitchen, than the night area with 2 bedrooms sharing
a big bathroom.
The 3rd double bedroom with bathroom is on the right wing. For a total of 6 sleeping places.
All this spaces are facing the garden, the marble floor and thick walls keep the house chilly. But for
lovers of air. conditioning, don’t worry, portable units are provided. 😉

Included in the price:
– external maintenance
– household linen (1 change per week).
_ utilities (water, gas, electricity).

Additional charges:
– € 700 Deposit to be paid in cash upon check-in
– € 400 for general cleaning to be paid in cash at check-in

 

 

Check in: 3pm-7pm. You can arrive later, but bear in mind that after 8pm there is a surcharge of 50€ per hour. There is no check in after 11pm. Check out: 10am

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

– For cancellation before 30 days of arrival, the refund is total.

– For cancellation between 30 days and the day of arrival, the total amount is non-refundable but the stay can be postponed to another date, subject to the availability of that villa. Just for one time.
