Porto Rotondo, founded in 1964 on the whim of a group of entrepreneurs and at the hands of two Venetian acrhitechts: Donà delle Rose. It is a perfect combination of architecture and wild nature and characterised by the scent of the Mediterranean, of myrtle and rosemary, the powder beaches and torquoise sea.
This area is one of the most popular seaside destinations of Italy. 500 hectares between the Gulf of Cuccagna and Marinella, 800 berths, with about a thousand inhabitants during the winter this number can reach up to 20.000 in the summer, between the VIP celebrities and people simply looking for a place surrounded by nature but with all the necessary comforts.

On Porto Rotondo’s doorstep there is one of Italy’s most prized nature reserves: Area Marina Protetta Tavolara.
